    Career coaching is ideal for individuals at any point in their careers. We use an equity-based pricing model and want to ensure coaching is accessible for anyone who would benefit from it.

  • Executive Coaching

    Executive coaching is ideal for those individuals already in leadership positions and are looking to address certain issues, gaps in skillsets, or simply promote general growth in leadership competencies.

    When we work together, we’ll work from a strengths based perspective, meaning that we’ll build off of what you’re already doing well and where you’re thriving.

  • Emerging Leader Coaching

    Stepping into a leadership position for the first time comes with a lot of challenges, and we want to help you navigate those changes. What kind of leader are you? What happens when you’re managing your friends? What can you do to be a safe, effective, and empathetic leader?

    Working with us through this time can help you find solid ground during your transition and build a foundation of what kind of leader you will be. This coaching is idea for those who are intending to enter a leadership position, or those in the first 3 years or so of the role.

  • Work Overwhelm Coaching

    We're seeing it a lot: expectations around work and well-being are changing faster than most organizations know how to support or address, resulting in understaffing and overworking. And with business coming back in full swing, it's so challenging to make the changes we need to without systems of support, and we're feeling overwhelmed and exhausted with no end in sight.

    Coaching allows us to collaborate identify whats causing your overwhelm from social, organizational, interpersonal, and emotional perspectives in order to provide you with insight, language, and actionable tools to reshape our relationship with work.

  • Crisis Coaching

    There is a lot that can go awry, and it’s tough to be prepared for everything: sudden loss, natural disasters, and problems in the community can leave us at a loss for what to do. But there are also problems that come from within out establishments. Lineages of abusive and harmful leadership inevitably result in contemporary leadership issues like abuse, favoritism, and ostracism, among a multitude of other issues we see in the creative industries.

    We’re here for you if something goes south, be it external or internal factors. In times of crisis, the best thing we can do is address the problem head on rather than hide from it. We can help.

  • Group Coaching

    Group coaching is ideal for teams who are all working towards the same goal. It might be practicing giving and receiving feedback, having hard conversations, creating stronger systems of belonging, changing the approach towards leadership roles, etc.

    Group coaching can also take the form of group consultation, working together to problem solve and consult with a group of peers on ways to improve and move forward.

We offer coaching services in multiple formats so you can choose one that best fits your needs and budget.

  • Sometimes you just need an hour to sort things, and we’re here for it. This could be a single issue that needs to be addressed, or you want to make sure coaching is the right move for you.

    Either way, if you need additional support beyond this first session, like a package or a subscription, the cost of the single session will roll in.

  • Session packages are great when you know you want to continue to engage with virtual sessions, but don’t necessarily need to commit to a bi-weekly or weekly routine. Session packages come in 4, 8, and 12 sessions.

  • With this coaching subscription, you’ll be able to check in with questions, concerns, and needs via email every other week. This is a great option for those individuals who are working on a project or goal and feel generally solid in their direction. This might come after a series of virtual sessions, an Ignite Day, or other services provided by Healthy pour.

    Includes a 30 minute virtual meet & greet every other month where we discuss goals, needs, and check in with each other.

  • This coaching subscription allows us to work mega collaboratively for an hour every two weeks. More than just check-ins and recommendations, virtual sessions are about building.

    This package is great on it’s own or in tandem with other projects like consultation work, Ignite Days, or for coming off of weekly sessions.

  • With this coaching subscription, you’ll be able to check in with questions, concerns, and needs via email every week. This is a great option for those individuals who are working on a project or goal and feel generally solid in their direction.     1. are from a historically/ continuously marginalized, ignored, underrepresented, high risk, and/or oppressed community (BIPOC, trans, disabled, generational poverty, experience a Serious or Persistent Mental Illness, etc.) REGARDLESS OF YOUR CURRENT FINANCIAL STATUS.

    *we do ask that if your employer is paying for this service that you choose a different payment plan UNLESS the company is majority owned by a member of a historically/continuously marginalized, ignored, underrepresented, high risk, and/or oppressed community

  • This pricing is available for individuals who identify most with the following:

    1. are under or unemployed

    2. either rent or own your home

    3. have significant debt

    4. struggle to keep up financially

  • You should select this pricing option if you identify most with the following:

    1. if you are employed

    2. either rent or own your home

    3. can pay your bills

    4. have little to no savings

  • This pricing tier is above market standard, and helps us to provide multiple tiers of pricing for individuals without abundant resources. By selecting this option, you’re serving the community at large, and we are grateful for your contribution.

    You should select this pricing option if you identify most with the following:

    1. are securely employed

    2. could afford to own your home

    3. have a savings account/retirement fund

    4. can expense the purchase of these services

It's important to us that access to career & skills development is equitable. The reality is that $100 is not worth the same to everyone: to some, it's an easy spend. To others, it's the difference between being able to buy groceries or not. Pay rent. Afford life-saving medications. Keep their housing.

This is why we utilize a pricing model that not only makes accessing this resource financially softer for those who need it, but asks individuals and organizations who can easily afford the cost of registration to pitch in a bit more.

This model ensures as many people can access this resource as possible, helps us raise funds to provide more equitable and accessible education long-term, and helps us pay the Healthy Pour Team - because we want to keep doing this work for as long as we need to.

Please note that even if the listed pricing is out of your current budget, we want you to still reach out. We are happy to provide scholarships, payment plans, and further rate reduction for individuals who would benefit from but cannot afford services.

Because what’s the point of doing this kind of work if the people who need it the most do not have access to it?
